The Role

Data Librarians analyse and add descriptive data to parliamentary information - principally the
proceedings and papers of the House of Commons and House of Lords. You'll be joining a team of
information managers providing users with information about the subject, context and nature of
proceedings in Parliament. You'll help us to ensure that our approach to information management
keeps pace with change and meets users’ needs.

In this role you will have the opportunity to learn about how Parliament works, and about the principles of information and vocabulary management. You will meet and work with people from across Parliament. If you have an interest in linked data, this is a chance to put your interest into practice.
