Are you currently studying towards a Building, Construction, Technical, Surveying, Engineering or Project Management related degree? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? How would you like to gain some experience in one of the most iconic buildings in the world?

The Strategic Estates team within the House of Commons deals with all property related capital investment matters. The Project Delivery Team is responsible for leading and delivering a wide variety of refurbishment, conservation and construction related projects to meet the needs of the both the House of Commons and the House of Lords within agreed governance parameters.

The Role

As a Project Leader (Sandwich Student) you will have duties comparable to a Project Leader, albeit in a junior capacity. You will be given the opportunity and responsibility to lead some of your own projects as well as assisting a Senior Project Leader in some of the major projects, which will test your ability to lead pro-actively and allow you to expand the skills learnt in your studies. You will be able to make a genuine contribution to the success of Strategic Estates projects.
