The Role


As a performance analyst, you will specify, collect and present the key performance data and analysis for select committee digital services, products and content. You will use the most suitable tools to identify trends, anomalies and indicators, with a view to producing regular recommendations that colleagues can action.


You’ll work with content designers, media officers, select committee teams, and colleagues in the Parliamentary Digital Service to ensure products and content are designed to the highest standards and that best practice is known.


The Person

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:


  • Experience of using Google Analytics and presenting data using tools such as Data Studio and Power BI.
  • Experience of sourcing, interpreting and presenting web analytics to monitor performance and make actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and can present complex information persuasively and inclusively to a wide range of audiences.
