Security Vetting and Pass Administrator

The Role
The Security Vetting and Pass Administrator is responsible for working with other team members to process security applications and issue physical security passes. This involves entering data into a databases, chasing information missing on applications and responding to telephone and email enquiries. The pass issuing offices are open between 8am and 6pm.
The Person
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
• Takes responsibility for completing administrative tasks by organising own workload and prioritising.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy administrative environment using IT systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a confident manner to be able to think quickly, react appropriately with all stakeholders in a potentially challenging environment, keeping principles of equality and diversity in mind.
• Working effectively within a team with a “can-do” attitude with the flexibility to switch tasks to achieve team goals.
• Communicates clearly, concisely and effectively both orally and in writing.
