Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Programme Manager
Salary: £36,865 per annum
Salary Band: B1
Contract Type: Fixed term for 12 months with possibility of extension/permanency

Type of Post: Concurrent
Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week

The Role
The post holder will manage several Diversity and Inclusion projects as identified in the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, identifying best practice and working with key and diverse stakeholders, writing papers, delivering briefings and managing contracts.
It is expected that this postholder will lead on a number of Diversity and Inclusion Programmes including; Equality Analysis, D&I benchmarking and indices, the D&I Champions, Modern slavery and the supply chain.
The Person
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise, with a track record of delivering practical and effective results to a high standard with minimal direction and within tight timescales.
- Communicates, orally and in writing, complex issues and information in a succinct and appropriate way which also creates ‘buy-in’.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of programme and project management, with a track record of delivery projects on time and with the agreed performance criteria.
