The Business Analyst is a specialist role within the Digital Service, driving successful change, process improvement, data analysis, and the delivery of quality digital products, for business areas across both Houses of Parliament.

You will work closely and collaborate with a great range of individuals, undertaking a variety of specialist activities within Parliament’s Digital Delivery and Customer Experience (which comprises all of Parliament’s Digital projects and programmes) and be involved in early discovery and feasibility work within this area.
