The Head of Data & Search will contribute to the vision and roadmap for Parliamentary data and search set by the Director of Data & Search. The Data Strategy and delivery roadmap will enable us to deliver common, secure and consistent data capabilities, and data-driven products and services. The search strategy and delivery roadmap will improve the discoverability of Parliament’s data and content for both staff and external users.

You will oversee design, implementation and operational management related to services critical to Parliament, including time critical data and system integrations.

You’ll lead a team of data and search specialists to ensure the digital services Parliament delivers are data-driven, findable and re-usable. Working closely with colleagues in both Houses, you will be responsible for embedding a culture of continuous data improvement.
